Democratic Party won’t Hold Primary Debates in 2024
The two-party dictatorship has become even more undemocratic. Every presidential election cycle now only includes 2 candidates, both from the parties in power. During the contested primaries there are at least 10 candidates debating. That is how they keep power when support for the two-party system continues to decline.

Flores, a respiratory care practitioner, had 51 percent of the vote to Democrat Dan Sanchez’s 43 percent when Sanchez conceded the race in a district where 85 percent of residents are Latino. Flores won the seat outright by taking a majority of the vote, without needing a runoff.
The seat was open after former Democratic Rep. Filemon Vela resigned to work for a lobbying group in March. Flores will be the first Mexican-born congresswoman and the first Republican to represent the Rio Grande Valley area since Reconstruction. However, she will only hold the seat until January.

This stat more than anything else shows a nation in decline. Which is ironic given the previous administration bragged that they were making “America great again.” They in fact accelerated our nation’s decline. We are on the verge of abyss. According to a new working paper released by the National Bureau of Economic Research, Americans now die earlier than their European counterparts, no matter what age you’re looking at. Compared with Europeans, American babies are more likely to die before they turn 5, American teens are more likely to die before they turn 20, and American adults are more likely to die before they turn 65. At every age, living in the United States carries a higher risk of mortality. This is America’s unsung death penalty, and it adds up. Average life expectancy surged above 80 years old in just about every Western European country in the 2010s, including Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the U.K., Denmark, and Switzerland. In the U.S., by contrast, the average life span has never exceeded 79—and now it’s just taken a historic tumble.
House panel approves $25B boost for Defense Budget
America might be in crisis and money is limited for spending on urgent needs for our citizens, but the Congress is always able to find funds to spend on the military. This obscene misallocation of funds is even worse than what we’ve come to expect from both parties. They know it’s outrageous but they don’t care. Their first loyalty is to the military-industrial-complex:
The House Armed Services Committee voted Wednesday to add nearly $25 billion to President Biden’s proposed defense budget as more than a dozen Democrats sided with Republicans on bulking up Pentagon funding.
The committee voted 42-17 on an amendment from Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.), the ranking member of the panel, to set the fiscal 2022 defense budget at $778 billion — $37 billion more than approved for this year and $25 billion more than Biden asked for next year.

The new Internal Revenue Service figures compiled by Syracuse University researchers show that in the last eight years, there has been a 72 percent drop in the number of audits of those making more than $1 million. In all, 98 percent of those making more than $1 million did not face an audit last year
There has also been a 55 percent drop in the number of audits of America’s largest corporations. In 2012, almost all corporate giants were audited. In 2020, however, almost two thirds of those corporations were not subjected to audits.

It’s like from a end-of-days-type movie. The wealthy are getting access to Coronavirus vaccine before they are entitled. This should be a crime. But many of those getting shots before many of their elderly constituents are politicians. And they won’t dare stand in the way of a potentially wealthy donor getting the vaccine:

According to the New York Post, brothers Bill and David S. Mack have “personally arranged for… their wealthy friends from Manhattan and the ritzy Palm Beach Country Club to get the COVID-19 vaccine at a Florida retirement home.”
According to the Post’s sources, the vaccine was administered at the Joseph L. Morse Health Center in Palm Beach, which is near the Palm Beach Country Club where many of the brothers’ friends are members
“They apparently made a list of people who could get the vaccine, who one can only assume are their wealthy friends and clients,” one source explained. “Supposedly, some people flew down in private jets from New York just for the vaccine, if they were lucky enough to be on the list the brothers made. It wasn’t just members of the Palm Beach Country Club who got the vaccine, but there were many club members who did.”
