It’s a lie to Say Biden won a Historic Victory

It’s a recurrent theme brought up by much of the mainstream media. Joe Biden had a historic victory. He beat Trump by 5 million votes, they say. He got more votes than any candidate in history. What they don’t mention is that Trump also got the most of any candidate except…Joe Biden. That means the disastrous occupant of the White House (still, as of this writing) got more votes than Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. But as we learned in 2016, it doesn’t matter how much you won by in the popular vote. It’s all about the electoral college. As it turns out Biden got the same number of electoral votes in 2020 as Trump got in 2016: 306. And everyone agrees the election in 2016 was very close. It was not a landslide, on either occasion. It took 5 days to pick a winner of the 2020 election. Not exactly a blow out.

Chuck Todd is one of those peddling the myth of a Biden ‘historic’ victory:

What’s gotten lost in all of the focus on President Trump’s lawsuits, his baseless accusations of voter fraud and his administration’s unwillingness so far to begin the transition is a simple fact.

The 2020 presidential election wasn’t really that close.

Right now, Joe Biden’s popular-vote lead over Trump stands at 4 percentage points, 51 percent to 47 percent — and it’s only going to grow once more of New York’s votes (finally) get counted.

That would give Biden the second-largest popular vote margin out of the 21st century’s six presidential elections, with only Barack Obama’s 7-point win in 2008 being greater.

Then Todd follows this specious argument with a totally contradictory assertion:

But nearly three weeks later — with almost all the votes counted — it’s now safe to say the Biden-vs.-Trump contest wasn’t that close.

If the election was not that close then why did it take 3 weeks to establish that fact.

And let’s not forget that Democrats lost seats in the House and are probably going to fail to take control of the Senate. Not exactly overwhelming. Biden’s party failed to win a convincing victory against a president and a party that attempted to overthrow our constitutional republic. They foisted upon us a disastrous state of affairs due to incompetence and totally subservience to a truly evil man, Donald Trump.

If you can’t beat this crowd with that kind of results then you must be pretty bad yourself.
